Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we are insured for $10,000,000 anywhere in Australia. Copies of our certificate of currency are available on request.

How do I know I'll be safe while participating in an activity?

All our equipment and activities comply with Australian and Industry standards, we have Policies and Procedures for OHS&W, safe operating, transport and these policies are adhered to and updated regularly. Rock About climbing wall is registered annually with Workplace Services subject to an engineer compliancy assessment. Copy of certificate of Registration available on request.

What qualifications does your staff hold?

All Outdoor Adventure Skills & Rock About staff hold current industry qualifications, have a minimum of 5 years experience, hold a current senior first aid and asthma certificate and have worked with a diverse range of clients. All staff are issued with shirts and hats, protecting them from the weather and enabling clients to easily identify them.

Are you an indoor climbing gym?

We currently have no facility for indoor climbing. We have a variety of rock climbing course facilitated in a natural outdoor environment.

What other activities do you offer?

We have a variety of activities on offer for experiential learning programs. Call us for more information on program design. Watch this space for exciting new activities coming soon.

How much do these activities cost?

Cost is dependant on varying factors such as location, number of participants, program equipment and staffing. Please call the office for more information.
